Lisa - Quality Compliance Manager

Lisa has worked within the care and nursing sectors for over 20 years and has covered many supervisory and management roles throughout her successful career. Following over nine years in nursing, she entered the domiciliary care sector in support and peripatetic management finally focus in on her specialism within quality and compliance for a number of major national care provision companies. Lisa is well known for her thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and is regularly consulted on she effective and safe delivery of care services. A very approachable and effective consultant who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to a complex and often much maligned industry.
Caroline - Care Manager

Affectionately called ‘Caroline the Compassionate, she is one of the most caring individuals who effortlessly builds positive working relationships with people who use services and their families, staff and other health and social care professionals. Caroline co-manages the day to day running of the business, including all aspects of the care team and provide sound leadership to ensure field staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely. She has over 29 years’ experience as a social worker having previously worked for top UK healthcare companies like Bupa.
Caroline is certified as the Registered Manager by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Irwin - Business Development Manager

A highly focused and committed individual with skills that have been developed over many years in varying senior positions including the Police, Social Services and the World Health Organisation. A motivated, intelligent individual who can interpret client needs and offer comprehensive solutions to complex requirements. A pragmatic and strategic thinker. His level of experience, gained through challenging and often demanding situations, has produced confidence and flexibility with the capacity to work with various nationalities in often hostile and demanding circumstances.
Irwin has spent over 28 years within the care sector at varying levels and consults for a number of clients on strategy and business development.
